Return Policy

Whole goods

ARNS Equipment has a 7-Day return policy for Whole goods, assuming they are returned with their original packaging and unused. If an item has been used prior to being returned, it will require an inspection of the product to ensure it is able to be resold. There will be a restocking fee, up to 20% for these products. If a product is deemed to not be in a condition where it could be resold, ARNS holds the rights to deny return at that time. 

Web Orders

For whole goods ordered through Arns.ca a request for return may be submitted by sending an email to returns@arns.ca. For this, the 7-day returns are from the moment of confirmation of arrival through our shipping partners. Goods returned from web orders will be eligible for refund less the cost of return to us. Refunds will not be issued until the unit has been returned to us and verified to be in good condition. Any item that is not returned new in box to us will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Should a unit be deemed unfit to be restocked, it may be returned to you to keep, at your cost to have it shipped back.

Arns will not be responsible for equipment lost or damaged in shipping to return to us.

Special Orders

Special Order items are non-returnable. If an item is not a regular stocking item and has to be brought in special, that item is considered final sale. Special exemptions may exist for warranty issues, at the discretion of Arns Management.

Parts

Stocking Parts

Stocking Parts refers to parts that are considered regular stock items for ARNS Equipment. These can be returned within the 7-day window.

Special Orders

Any parts special ordered in for a custom are considered final sale at the time of purchase and cannot be returned.
