Arns Equipment Shipping Policy

At Arns Equipment, we take pride in making sure your order is shipped quickly, safely, and with care. Below you will find our shipping policy and important information to help ensure a smooth delivery.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Our shipping department operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST).

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed outside business hours or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Carriers & Methods

  • At checkout, you may see a carrier listed (e.g., Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, UPS). Please note that the final carrier used may differ from what appears at checkout. This allows us to ensure your product ships as quickly and reliably as possible.

  • Some items may ship in multiple packages.

Delivery & Signature Requirement

  • All shipped products will require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure they are received safely.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept your order. Missed deliveries may result in re-delivery charges by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Canada only.

  • Battery-powered products and lithium-ion batteries are shipped with special handling conditions for quality and safety.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@arns.ca with photos of the damage.

  • Damaged items must be reported upon receipt to qualify for a replacement or return.

  • A return label will be issued where applicable.

  • Important: Damaged battery products cannot be returned by shipping due to transportation restrictions. Please contact our team for next steps.

Freight Delivery (2-Stage Snow Blowers)

  • The largest product we ship is a 2-stage snow blower, which requires freight delivery with a tailgate.

  • Freight deliveries are curbside only. The driver will lower the product to the ground, but you are responsible for moving it from the curb to its final location.

  • Our team will contact you before shipping to confirm freight delivery details and ensure you are prepared to receive your order.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If an incorrect item is delivered due to a shipping error, please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can make it right.

  • Items returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal, or missed deliveries may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
