Chainsaw Basic Service

Complete seasonal maintenance designed to keep your chainsaw starting reliably, running properly, and cutting safely. Includes inspection of the air filter, spark plug, fuel system, starter, controls, guide bar, chain, sprocket, lubrication system, and safety components, along with general cleaning and a final operational test.
Includes
- Inspect and replace air filter as required
- Inspect and replace spark plug as required
- Inspect fuel filter and fuel lines
- Check fuel system for leaks, deterioration, or contamination
- Inspect and clean engine cooling fins and air intake areas
- Inspect starter rope and recoil assembly
- Check throttle trigger, throttle lockout, stop switch, and controls
- Inspect guide bar for wear, damage, and proper condition
- Inspect chain for wear, damage, stretching, and remaining service life
- Inspect drive sprocket and clutch area for excessive wear
- Inspect chain brake and confirm proper operation
- Check chain tensioning system
- Inspect chain lubrication system and confirm proper oil delivery
- Inspect chain catcher, hand guards, handles, and anti-vibration components
- Check for loose or missing fasteners
- Clean debris and buildup from the bar mounting area, sprocket cover, and exterior of the saw
- Check engine operation, idle quality, acceleration, and full-throttle performance
- Final operational and safety test
Chain sharpening it not included with the Basic Service. If the chain is worn or damaged, a replacement chain can be installed during the service at the customer's request. Replacement chains and other required parts are additional.
Trimmer Basic Service

Complete seasonal maintenance designed to keep your trimmer starting reliably, running properly, and ready for regular use. Includes inspection of the air filter, spark plug, fuel system, starter, controls, cutting head, guard, shaft, gearbox, and safety components, along with general cleaning and a final operational test.
Service Includes
- Inspect and replace air filter as required
- Inspect and replace spark plug as required
- Inspect fuel filter and fuel lines
- Check fuel system for leaks, deterioration, or contamination
- Inspect and clean engine cooling fins and air intake areas
- Inspect starter rope and recoil assembly

- Inspect cutting head for wear, damage, and proper operation
- Inspect trimmer line, spool, or cutting attachment condition
- Inspect cutting guard and debris shield
- Inspect shaft, drive tube, and couplings for damage or excessive wear
- Inspect gearbox and lubricate where applicable
- Inspect handles, harness mounting points, and anti-vibration components where equipped
- Check for loose or missing fasteners
- Clean grass, string, and debris buildup from the cutting head, guard, and exterior of the unit
- Check engine operation, idle quality, acceleration, and full-throttle performance
- Final operational and safety test
Replacement trimmer line, cutting heads, blades, and other worn components are not included in the service price. Any required parts can be replaced during the service with customer approval.
Generator Basic Service

Complete seasonal maintenance designed to keep your portable generator starting reliably, running smoothly, and ready when you need backup or portable power. Includes engine service, fuel system inspection, electrical output checks, control inspection, general cleaning, and a full operational test.
Service Includes
- Change engine oil where applicable
- Inspect and replace air filter as required
- Inspect and replace spark plug as required
- Inspect fuel system for leaks, deterioration, or contamination
- Inspect fuel lines, fuel filter, fuel cap, and shut-off components where equipped
- Inspect carburetor and fuel delivery for signs of contamination or poor operation
- Inspect and clean engine cooling fins and air intake areas
- Inspect starter rope and recoil assembly
- Inspect electric starter and battery where equipped
- Check choke, throttle, fuel valve, ignition switch, and operator controls
- Inspect outlets, receptacles, covers, and electrical connections
- Inspect circuit breakers and reset controls
- Inspect grounding point and related hardware
- Check inverter or generator housing for damage, loose components, or excessive debris
- Inspect frame, handles, wheels, and mounting hardware where equipped
- Check for fuel, oil, or other fluid leaks
- Check for loose or missing fasteners
- Clean accumulated dirt, dust, and debris from the exterior and cooling areas
- Check engine operation, idle quality, throttle response, and operating speed
- Verify generator produces electrical output
- Test outlet operation
- Confirm Eco-Throttle, idle control, or similar system operation where equipped
- Complete full-unit operational and safety inspection
- Final operational test
Engine oil, filters, spark plugs, fuel system components, batteries, and other required parts are additional. Carburetor cleaning, fuel system repairs, electrical repairs, and deeper diagnostic work are not included in the Basic Service and can be completed with customer approval.
